Tena Lovrić

Tena Lovrić graduated in 2018 from the Faculty of Law of the University of Rijeka. After obtaining her law degree, she started a career in property investment management and joined Law Office Korotaj in 2019.

Tena is focused on Commercial and Company Law and collaborates on cross-border projects mainly in areas of founding cross-border companies, structuring business models and companies acquisitions and mergers. Her work includes legal aspects of commercial and regulatory matters, collaboration on drafting transactional documents and on due diligence processes as well as collaboration on matters of property management and disposal.
