Mirjam Kasapović

Business Development Manager

Mirjam Kasapović joined the Law office Korotaj team at the beginning of 2024.

She built a rich managerial and professional career at Maistra Hospitality Group, a member of the Adris Group and previously in management functions at Jadranturist. 

In her successful managerial career she was active in retail, wholesale and tourism industry.

As a long-term director of procurement, she cooperated with businesses across nearly every sector, including the food industry, consumer goods industry, furnishing, and service industries, which helped her form a comprehensive image of the market and the business operation methods used by different companies.

She actively participated in equipping some of the best hotels in the Republic of Croatia (Grand Park, Adriatic, Lone, Monte Mulini), standardization of work processes during mergers of large companies and other strategic and significant projects.

In addition to her career in the corporate sector, she also provides business consulting services and education.

Her areas of interest are organization, work processes, management, procurement and change management.

After obtaining her degree from the University of Zagreb’s Faculty of Economics, Mirjam continued to advance her knowledge through completing educations in management, organisation, and procurement. She is a certified NLP practitioner.
